LA GUACAMAYA HISTORY
The history of the famous Salsa Guacamaya goes back to 1948, in the small town of El Rosario, Sinaloa. (Mexico) where the couple formed by Don Pablo Gandarilla and Doña Severa del Rincón started a domestic and artisan business of hot sauce.
Today, Industrias Guacamaya is a company with more than 200 employees, in different states of Mexico, and with several distribution points in the United States.
Equipped with high technology and modern production equipment, and maintaining the commitment and quality of the original product, Industrias Guacamaya currently produces a wide variety of Sauces that, for almost seven decades, have "given the point" to the dishes of Mexican food.
